WISPY was a tricky one because it's got that awkward double consonant cluster at the end—SP—that doesn't show up in a ton of common words. The vowel placement didn't help either, with I and Y doing the heavy lifting while E, A, O, and U sat this one out, which narrows your usual starting word strategy. If you went in with a standard opener like STARE or ADIEU, you probably got nothing but dead ends and had to pivot hard. That said, if you spotted the Y as a vowel early on, you had a decent shot at narrowing it down before running out of guesses.
