The puzzle, explained

The purple group is all characters Adam Sandler played in sports movies—Rob Boucher from "Happy Gilmore," Danny Nolan from "The Waterboy," Jimmy Gilmore from "The Longest Yard," and Salz Sugerman from "Hubie Halloween" (okay, that one's more Halloween-themed, but you get the idea). The trickiest part here is that these names don't look like they have anything in common at first glance, so you might've gotten tripped up trying to connect them to actual sports terminology or team names. STEEL was probably the biggest bait—it totally looks like it should go with the NFL teams (Pittsburgh Steelers), but it actually belongs in blue as the start of "Steelers," just like COMMA (New Orleans Saints), DOLPH (Dallas Cowboys), and FALCO (Philadelphia Eagles). If you nailed purple first, you clearly know your Sandler filmography way better than the average person!
